The platinum has a unique and innovative design in which the bevels have been lowered in the tip & tail making the ski turn effortlessly on a whim. The lower profile allows the ski to sit deeper in the water resulting in an unmatched hold and angle on edge. The Platinum provides faster acceleration and quick effortless turns. The speed is derived from the stiff yet forgiving lay-up build with the combination of woven Carbon and Texalium. Texalium is an indestructible material used in life saving bulletproof vests. The NEW premium balsa core is stronger and lighterthan other foams being used so far. It dampens vibrations and gines the ski a soft feel. This material is not only stronger, but bio directional which provides torsion stability. Thus there is faster acceleration and speed out of turns.
