|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Please note that if you place an order totalling more than £50 it will be sent out carriage free but if you return some of the order for a refund and the order total falls below £50 carriage charges will be reinstated and will be deducted from your refund.|
All products are sent First Class OR by carrier 48hr unless specified otherwise.
All shipping prices given for overseas are an approximate figure, additional small charges may apply.
|Delivery Schedule Depending on availability of stock we deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days but please allow 4 days. International orders are generally received in under 4 days but may take up to 14 days (longer depending on the destination). Due to our high turnover it is not always possible to have everything in stock and sometimes our suppliers are also out of stock, in cases like this the order may take a couple of weeks or longer.|
You must inform us within two working days of any goods lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

|Guarantee All of our products (except videos, DVDs, computer programs or products for commercial use) come with 7 days to cancel your order (this also covers both you and us under the distance of selling act so as to give you the costumer a cooling off period). All returns must be pre paid by the sender and must be returned in the same condition that they were sent out so they maybe resold. If they are damaged in anyway then Shore Play (wakesport.com) reserve the right to charge you the customer for any shortfall on the resale value. All items have a manufactures guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship for one season with the exception of inflatables which are only guaranteed for 30 days from point of sale. The other exceptions being videos, DVDs, computer programs or any products used commercially. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Please note that in any case where we at Shore Play (wakesport.com) or the manufacture of the product think or suspect that the product has been misused or mistreated in any way the said product will not be covered under any guarantees or warrantees. If you are returning anything for a claim please contact us first and please note as stated in the returns policy below we do not pay for any returns.|
CANCELLATION OF ORDER AFTER RECEIVING GOODS
If you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day cooling off period as in the distance of selling act then please contact us in writing by email or post telling us you wish to cancel the order this must be within 7 days from receiving your order. You will have to return the goods to us at your own expense and risk. Once we have received the item we will refund you for the goods within 30 days. Please note you are required to take care of the product whilst it is in your care and if it is not returned to us in the same condition it was sent out to you, we reserve the right to withhold partial refund payment for damage caused as the resale value will be affected. For your peace of mind we would advise sending the items back through a secure means of transport.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
All returns must be sent to us at Shore Play (wakesport.com) they must be accompanied by the original receipt (issued by us at Shore Play(wakesport.com)) and packed well to prevent damage. Please note that Shore Play (wakesport.com) DO NOT PAY for any returns this must be done by the person returning any goods faulty or other wise. Please also make sure for your own sake that the parcel is covered by enough insurance in case the parcel is lost or damaged as we at Shore Play (wakesport.com) do not take responsibility for parcels returned to us been lost or damaged.
If your goods have a suspected manufacturing fault please contact us as we have a number of ways to deal with these matters in some cases we may be able to resolve the matter with digital photographs which save money and time. In some cases we will have the goods collected from you, but if you return the goods to us and they are found not to be faulty then they will be returned to you and you will be charged for collection & delivery and any other costs we may have incurred. In cases where there is a manufacturing fault, we will repair, replace or give you a refund. When a fault is found but it is not a manufacturing one then we will ask if you would like us to get it repaired for you at your expense.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
